I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Val di Fassa. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making for a relaxing stay. Lastly, the hotel's location was ideal, situated close to the center of Moena and offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided made my experience even more enjoyable.

My stay at this family run hotel was one of the most pleasant I have ever had. The owner's and staff couldn't do enough for us. For example, one of our group lost a woolen hat and the owner's bought her a replacement - it was such a nice touch. They were always friendly, considerate, extremely helpful. In a nutshell, they made us feel so welcome and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We ate one evening meal. It wasn't that great. Apart from that, the hotel was fantastic.

The location is ideal, just in front of the Dolomite mountains, the cuisine is really excellent and offers many variations, the personnel is friendly and fully dedicated to impeccable customer's service, the facilities are confortable and very pleasant after a sportive day in the mountains. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives hope to spend myself another holiday period there.

It's hard to find anything less than positive. One thing I may point to: there are no french channels offered in the room tv.
